I started in the renewal department. Stunk at it. So they put me in claims. Then they realized that i had a knack for Applied Systems. So I became Claims/Applied Systems Guru. Then I became the Nerd Communication Liaison....I used to think nerds were speaking normal. Then I realized other people could not understand them. And thus i learned to liaise. That is my life in Insurance....
